Sessions are mostly client-led, giving you the power in your treatment. We will discuss what approach would be best suited to your needs.
Many adults who come to therapy notice positive changes in how they handle stress, emotions, and relationships. Clients also often share that they feel more understood and empowered.

Adolescent Therapy
To the Teen:
The teenage years can be both exciting and challenging. You might feel like everyone is against you at times. Or you are searching for your identity, managing relationships, school pressures, and the ups and downs of growing independence. Therapy gives a supportive space just for you where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, learn healthy coping skills, and build confidence in who you are becoming. Not feeling ready yet? Child Therapy
I help children learn to manage their big emotions, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and engaging way. Using a mix of creative, age-appropriate techniques, I integrate EMDR, CBT, and DBT to meet each child’s individual needs.
I provide skills for children to practice at home and offer separate parent sessions to gather updates, share insights, and support progress.
Because every child is different, not all are a good fit for virtual therapy. We’ll discuss your child’s needs during our consultation to ensure this approach is the right fit.
