CBT & DBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT is based on the idea that our thoughts influence how we feel and act. Sometimes, our minds fall into habits of worry, self-criticism, or fear that keep us feeling stuck. In CBT, you’ll learn tools to recognize unhelpful thoughts and replace them with ones that are more realistic and compassionate.

Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, experiment with new ways of thinking, and practice small behavioral changes that create meaningful improvements in your daily life.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

DBT helps you find balance. Between accepting yourself as you are and making positive changes to create the life you want. It’s a supportive, skills-based approach that focuses on building mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy communication. Together, we’ll work on understanding your emotions, learning new coping strategies, and improving relationships so you can feel more grounded, in control, and connected.
